Product pricing is structured for the wholesale buyer – those qualified to resell our products. In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, include your business name and the state resale tax number on our registration form.

FOR NEW ONLINE ACCOUNTS: Pre-payment is required. We accept Visa, MC, Discover, Amex and PayPal.
FOR EXISTING ACCOUNTS:
All Canadian and overseas orders must be prepaid with VISA/MC/AMEX or PayPal until an open account is established.
OPEN ACCOUNTS: Net due 30 days. A 1.5% monthly interest rate will be charged to all overdue accounts. $1 minimum. Accounts with past due balances must be paid in full before processing other orders. All returned checks will be charged a $30 fee.
Returns
We stand by our product designs and quality and guarantee our products for the purchase price (certain restrictions are noted).
If you are not satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days, with a copy of the invoice and
your reason for return, and we will promptly refund or credit your account the product purchase
price, or replace or exchange the product (See Exchanges below).
If we have made an error in order processing, please notify us and a call-tag or postage paid envelope will be issued for the return of the unused product.
If you have ordered incorrectly, you have 30 days from the invoice date to return the items for exchange or credit. After 30 days a 15% restocking fee (your cost + 15%) applies to all returned unused goods. We cannot accept items no longer stocked by Four Flags.
Products returned after 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

If for any reason you need to exchange any of our products, simply return the unused product within
