Display Packaging – A single muzzle packaged with a colorful insert in a re-closable plastic bag.
Color-Coded Single – A color-coded muzzle packaged with a colorful insert in a sealed plastic bag.
Bulk Packaging – Individually tagged, bulk packaged in multiples of 10 or 12.
Volume Display – 10 or more Display Packaged muzzles of the same size.

Pricing Structure

Wholesale Pricing is the suggested price for those customers qualified to resell our products — established businesses with a tax resale number.

The Suggested Retail Price is designed for sales to pet owners.
This pricing should be used for all retail sales sold via veterinary clinics, pet stores or Internet sales.

Minimum order – $130 Base Price. An $8 charge will be added to all orders under the minimum.
Less 25% for orders of $130—$650/Base Price.
Less 30% for orders of $651—$2,100/Base Price.
Less 35% for orders of $2,100—$15,000/Base Price.
Less 40% for orders over $15,000/Base Price.

To open an account, please request a distributorÔøΩs application. An approved application must be on file before any orders are processed.
Order prepayment (VISA, MC, AMEX, Paypal or COD) is required until we have completed a credit review and established an account rating.
A 2% discount applies to orders prepaid or paid within 10 days of goods receipt (postmark verified). Custom orders do not qualify for the 2% disc.
Open account — Net 30 days. A 1.5% monthly interest rate will be charged on all overdue accounts. Accounts with past due balances of 60 days or more will have new orders held until ALL past due balances (including late charges) are paid. Payment in U.S. currency only.

Combined Branch Ordering
Distributors with branch offices may take advantage of greater discounts by combining branch orders. Simply consolidate purchase orders from each branch, total the base price for those products ordered and figure your discount from the combined total. We must receive the purchase orders on the same-day to qualify for a combined discount. Purchase orders will be treated individually with minimum order and shipping charges applied to each branch order. Orders will be processed and shipped to individual branches in the same efficient manner.

All of our products are fully guaranteed, or the purchase price is refunded. Custom orders have special return requirements. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, return the product with a note explaining the reason for return. We will promptly replace, issue a refund or credit your account the discounted purchase price.
 If we have made an error in order processing, please notify us and a call-tag or postage paid envelope will be issued for the return of the unused product.
 If you have ordered incorrectly, you have 30 days from the invoice date to return the items for exchange or credit. After 30 days a 15% restocking fee (your cost + 15%) applies to all returned unused goods.
We cannot accept items no longer stocked by Four Flags.

Shipping is handled by the most economical carrier, UPS ground in most cases.
Standard ground shipping and insurance charges within the 48 contiguous states are paid for orders over $350 (after discount).
Outside the 48 contiguous states and overseas, shipping/insurance, tariff and duty charges are
the distributorÔøΩs responsibility. These charges can be billed (open accounts) or shipped freight collect.
2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments are available with charges billed at cost.
Drop shipping is available for $3 per address plus shipping charges (Order minimums apply)
