Custom Imprint Orders
Our Customer Care Department will contact you to work out
any details prior to production of your order.
• 50% Prepayment is required to start processing your order.
• A signed custom order form, verifying specifications and/or approval of imprint proof must
be on file to process order.
• A +/- 10% item total is possible on all custom imprint orders.
• 6-8 week delivery once signed custom order form has been received.
• Custom orders are non-returnable.
• Actual shipping charges will be added to all custom imprinted orders.
• Additional print charges may apply, dependent upon your specifications. Please contact
Customer Care for pricing assistance.
Artwork Guidelines
HIGH RESOLUTION BLACK & WHITE ART is required to produce a crisp, quality printed product.
VECTOR ART is Preferred: EPS or AI
Adobe Illustrator - Convert text to outlines - Save as CS2 or earlier .ai or .eps
Corel Draw 11.0 - Convert text to curves - Export files as .ai
Freehand 10.0 - Convert text to paths - Save as editable .eps
ACCEPT: Adobe Acrobat PDF - Embed all fonts
OTHER FILE TYPES: Email us your best logo file and we will be happy to take a look and let
you know if it will work or what it would cost to make it work.
AN ARTWORK CHARGE will apply to any logo needing additional work. We will provide you
with an estimate of cost before beginning any work.
MULTIPLE COLORS:
For multi-color imprints your artwork MUST be color separated.
We prefer your separated art in black/white with one copy full color.
Please specify PMS colors for your separated art.

Include “Custom Artwork” in your subject line.
